Average life expectancy in the Roman Empire was twenty-eight years vs. eighty years average today in developed countries. Yet we are saving less than ever for our old age since the Great Depression. And since over ninety percent of doctors get no geriatric training, it is up to us to know how to maintain ourselves for as long as possible and hopefully avoid the need to check in to a nursing home.
